BoostBoxx offers a 36-month manufacturer's Premium Warranty including PickUp & Return-Service (pick-up service) on all PC systems and notebooks where BoostBoxx is the manufacturer. The warranty period for batteries, if applicable, is 12 months.*
The Premium Warranty includes a pick-up service through our partner DHL within Germany only. In case of a defect, we handle the complete process from pick-up and repair to return delivery to you.

How long is the BoostBoxx Premium Warranty valid?
The BoostBoxx Premium Warranty covers 36 months on all PC systems and notebooks where BoostBoxx is the manufacturer. Batteries are covered for 12 months.*
What is the PickUp & Return-Service?
The PickUp & Return-Service is included in the Premium Warranty within Germany only. In case of a defect, your device will be picked up by DHL, repaired or replaced by BoostBoxx, and delivered back to you.
In which countries is the Premium Warranty valid?
The Premium Warranty applies to all EU countries as well as GB, CH, and NO. The pick-up service is however only available in Germany.
What to do in case of a warranty claim?
Contact our customer service to report the warranty claim. Within Germany, we organize the pick-up by DHL. After repair or replacement, your device will be delivered directly back to you.
Are there any limitations to the Premium Warranty?
Wear and tear, mechanical damage, and damage due to improper handling are excluded. The pick-up service applies only in Germany, while the warranty itself covers all of EU/CH/GB/NO.*
* Warranty claims exist alongside the buyer's statutory warranty rights and do not limit them in any way. Claims under statutory warranty for defects are free of charge. Excluded from warranty claims are wear and tear, mechanical damage, and damage due to improper handling of the device. Warranty claims are non-transferable and can only be made by the direct customer of BoostBoxx. The Premium Warranty applies throughout the EU as well as GB, CH, and NO. The PickUp & Return pick-up service is exclusively available in Germany. The warranty claim must be made in writing, by fax, or email to BoostBoxx, stating the defect within the warranty period:
