You can pay by cash on delivery only within Germany. For cash on delivery, your order will be sent directly to your nearest post office from November 2, 2022. You will receive a notification and can pay the total invoice amount at the branch. This service costs 14.90 €.
Note: Cash on delivery is only possible for orders up to a maximum value of 2,500 €.
For all other payment methods, your goods will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Please note that additional customs fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland. You can calculate the applicable customs fees using the XTARES fee calculator of the Swiss Federal Customs Administration (https://xtares.admin.ch/tares/).
Shipping with DHL Express is possible to all EU countries.
Premium shipping with DHL Express
Take advantage of DHL Express:
- Especially secure shipping, recommended for high-value PC systems, prevents transport damage
- Fast delivery time, usually next-day delivery (DE) or two to three days to other EU countries
- Freely selectable delivery date and location (e.g. a pickup station near you)
- As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will receive an SMS/email from DHL Express about the shipment status and the option to change delivery date and location
Processing time for your order cannot be shortened by this.
Shipping with DHL Express is possible to all EU countries.
EUFree Delivery for Premium Systems
For particularly heavy or high-end PC systems, we offer free delivery. This ensures that sensitive components are optimally protected during transport and that your system arrives safely.
Depending on the system configuration, delivery is carried out via DHL Express or a freight carrier.
Important note: For shipments via freight carrier, please provide your phone number during checkout so the delivery date can be arranged with you in advance.
