At BoostBoxx, we process and ship your orders Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Processing times are given in business days from Monday to Friday. Processing times apply after receipt of payment or order. Depending on the payment method:
Prepayment / Bank Transfer
The stated processing and delivery times apply from the time your payment is received in our bank account.
Amazon Pay, PayPal, GiroPay, paydirekt, Klarna, Credit Card
The stated processing and delivery times apply after your payment has been authorized.
Cash on Delivery
The stated processing and delivery times apply from the time your order confirmation is received.
Financing
The stated processing and delivery times apply from the approval of your financing by ConsorsFinanz.
2 Transport Time/Shipping
Our shipping partner DHL, or its partners abroad, delivers your order from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
