Payment methods
At BoostBoxx, you can choose from a variety of payment methods. Please note that some payment methods may extend the delivery time, as we have to wait for payment to be received before processing your order. The fastest and most secure payment methods are Amazon Pay, Klarna and PayPal. These payment methods can transmit a verified payment to us within seconds, so that your order can be processed as quickly as possible....
Cash on delivery (only available in germany)
When paying by cash on delivery, you will receive the goods personally from DHL and pay for your order directly at your door. The delivery will be handed over after you have paid. When paying by cash on delivery, an additional cash on delivery fee of 14,90 € will be charged, regardless of the cost of the parcel. Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries within Germany.
Note: Cash on delivery orders are only possible up to a maximum order value of 2.500 €.
Prepayment
When paying in advance, you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. You will receive the bank details by email after completing your order. As soon as we have received the payment in our account, we will dispatch your order.
Pick-up / cash or card payment
Pay directly upon collection in our shop in cash, by Girocard (EC card) or with all major credit cards. Simply select the payment method "Cash or card payment upon collection" when placing your order in our online shop. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order is ready for collection. Alternatively, you can place your order via our telephone hotline +49 511 / 132 232 72. Please note that collection before the specified date is unfortunately not possible.
Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay, you can pay for your purchases in our online shop using an existing Amazon customer account. You do not need to be registered in our shop to do this. Instead, you can complete the payment process entirely via Amazon and use the payment and shipping terms stored there. Take advantage of the benefits of easy payment via Amazon – including buyer protection through Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee.
PayPal and PayPal Express
You can pay for your order via PayPal and PayPal Express. PayPal offers you the option of paying by direct debit or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. You can create a PayPal account free of charge at PayPal. If you choose to pay with PayPal Express, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal login page. Select the desired shipping address from your details and confirm. All data required for the order will be transferred automatically. You do not need to enter your details in our shop and can shop without a shop account.
Klarna (only available in germany)
Klarna GmbH is one of the world's leading payment providers and a licensed bank based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a branch in Munich, Germany. Klarna offers you the option of paying for your purchase quickly, easily and securely. When paying with Klarna, you can choose between the payment methods invoice, instant transfer, direct debit and credit card. To use Klarna, you must register via the website Klarna.com or the Klarna app. Klarna offers you a comprehensive service including buyer protection for your online purchases. Financing (only available in germany)
You can arrange financing through our partner, Consors Finanz, for a minimum order value of 100 €. For terms of 12 months or less, you have the option of using our 0% financing. This means that the usual interest is waived and you only pay the original purchase price in instalments. For terms of more than 12 months, the corresponding interest rates for financing apply instead. After completing the order process, you can provide all further information required for financing. As soon as your credit application has been approved by Consors Finanz, we will place your order in production. Proof of income may be required to complete the financing. .
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/China UnionPay)
Pay for your purchase conveniently with your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay credit cards. Select "Credit card" as your payment method when placing your order and simply enter your credit card details. Your card details are protected by PCI DSS v3.2 security standards. Your card will be charged once your order has been completed.
Direct debit with authentication
The direct debit procedure with authentication offers you a simple way to pay securely directly from your bank account. If you choose this payment method, you can log in directly with your bank login details and confirm the purchase. The money will be debited from your account and we will receive immediate confirmation of payment. This allows us to process your order as quickly as possible. We only receive confirmation of your payment, not access to your data. This payment method can be used with the following providers:
- iDEAL: This payment method is only available to customers residing in the Netherlands.
- EPS: This payment method is only available to customers residing in Austria.
- Bancontact: This payment method is only available to customers residing in Belgium.
