Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

via an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telefax, email or via the online cancellation form) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.
If you use the online cancellation form on our website (https://retoure.csl-computer.com/en/revoke), we will immediately send you confirmation of the receipt of such a cancellation, e.g. by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

End of the Withdrawal Policy

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
